Stix is one of my most favorite restaurants near me! I can easily rank Stix as being in my Top 5 restaurants in the Birmingham area!! Its arguably the best Hibachi restaurant in Birmingham! I love Hibachi chicken, steak, fried rice, and vegetables!! Yum yum yum!! If only we had a Benihana and a Ruth Chris in Birmingham well be set!

This was truly a great experience. We were a party of 9 and everyone treated us like we were the only customers in the building. The appetizers were great, the soup and salads were on point as well. Our Hibachi Chef was a pro and entertaining. The food was amazing and the experience was even better. 5 stars.
